Es la vida de cinco entrañables amigas: Irene, Maggie, Pamela, Tania y Sofía, que viven en la Ciudad de México que nos adentrarán al fascinante Universo femenino. Cinco mujeres, con formas de ver y vivir la vida totalmente opuestas que lo único que tienen en común es la amistad que las une.
Cada una de ellas ha aprendido a vivir con lo bueno y lo malo que les da la vida, a reírse de los dramas que ésta les presenta, a enfrentar los fantasmas y los tabúes, para dejarse llevar por sus deseos, sueños y pasiones.
Se guardan secretos una de la otra y su manera de pensar es como el agua y el aceite que podrían dañar la relación que existe entre ellas pero un S.O.S se encargará, día con día, de fortalecer su amistad.
